Story

PAST: Tifa was having a newborn. However, her pregnancy wasn't a happy thing.The baby was killing Tifa, making her go through so much pain..As Tifa screamed, Cloud's eye's trembled with fear and worry. Their new born baby was born, and they named her Garnet. Tifa got to hold her baby in her arms for a moment before it was taken by Aerith..But Tifa then grew weak and gave out, dying in Cloud's arms.As Garnet grew up, she noticed throughout her childhood that Cloud always distant himself from her..even though he didnt mean it. Although Cloud was there to father Garnet,his heart never healed, and he too grew weak.
Slowly after time..Garnet found out..that it was her birth, that caused everyone so much pain...

Present:

Now at the age of 17,Garnet is now standing before her dead father at his funeral which was held at a popular Manson where everyone would spend a few nights after the funeral. All of Cloud and Tifa's friends were there as well as their families. The owner and head of the mansion's son, Noctis, walked around and saw the broken girl as she walked away.Minutes later, Noctis couldn't find her, and everyone was downstairs.As Noctis walked up the stairs, he saw the lonely girl, greifing all on her own. Noctis tempted to approach her, but she was confronted by many of Cloud's niece's, and friends.Noctis stood a few feet away from Garnet, but saw the expression on her face. She was being blamed for Cloud's death from the group of people that surrounded her.They called her a demon child, and Noctis looked confusingly at Garnet as she took in all the hurtful words..Later, Noctis went outside, to see Garnet standing alone on the balcony, looking at the moon..but as Noctis listened, Garnet was crying..Noctis went inside the mansion and thought about how much pain Garnet must be going through, losing both of her parents and also getting reminded brutally about their death from her so called family members. Noctis knew it wasn't her fault, she had that angelic, beautiful look about her, that made Noctis think about her more and more. It was the next morning, and Noctis looked for Garnet. After searching for an hour, Noctis heard singing and knew it had to be her, the voice was as beautiful as she was.Noctis followed the melody and saw Garnet, singing to the doves. The scenary itself exclaimed the beauty and gentleness Garnet has within her, Noctis knew in his heart, that everyone was mistaken.Garnet felt someone staring at her and she turned to look behind her. There Noctis stood, looking at her. The greif in her eyes took away the astonishment she could have had shown but looked away. Noctis began to talk right away..about what he thought about her. Explaining that..Garnet isn't some monster, that her parents were meant to die..and that she was the most beautiful and pure human being he has ever saw..Garnet had never heard these words before..day after day, Garnet hung on to the bit of love or affection she had felt. Garnet felt a bit happy and felt like she had belong to someone, for the first time, felt a warmth in her heart..she hugged noctis from behind, and Noctis turned and held her. As he stroke her hair with his hand, he felt relieved that he was able to save such a broken soul..
