Story: (PAST)

Princess Ashe and Prince Raslar were happily getting married. Though they were of royalty, their love was real and deep. But unfortunately for them, War broke out and threatened their very kingdom. Raslar decided to fight for his kingdom, his fallen father, and well as Ashe. Though Ashe didn't want him to go, she couldn't come between Raslar and his ambition. It would be selfish of her. Cloud, Ashe's personal guard and Raslar's close friend, stood on the sidelines and watched everything play out.Then on one bitter day, a funeral was held for the fallen prince, Raslar. Ashe was lost in words, tears just fell down her face.Cloud stood beside her and watched her fall to her knees. Sorrow filled Cloud's heart. They had just gotten married..and also Cloud lost his best friend.

PRESENT:

Cloud has watched Ashe over the past year and she fell into a deep depression.Ashe would barely talk to anyone, and she would always be alone outside in the balcony or in the garden.Cloud took it upon himself to take her somewhere. There, she met all of Clouds friend, who always had a smile on their face when she was around. But being around happy people didn't make her smile one bit.All Ashe did was reminisce about the past and all the pain she had gone through.Ashe would sometimes see the ghost of Raslar and tried to grab him, but her hopes are always shattered when her hand goes through him. Cloud tried talking to her and she opened up little by little. Finally the day came and he told her to try to move on. She held her hands together nervously. Cloud put his hands over hers and told her that it will be okay. Months later, Ashe finally took off her ring and gave it to Cloud, it was the biggest step she ever took and Cloud was very proud of her. Unknowingly, Cloud began to fall in love with Ashe, but tried his best to keep his feelings aside. On one starlit night, Cloud and Ashe began to talk about her progress. Out of nowhere Ashe began to cry..Cloud turned to her with concern. Suddenly, Cloud moved in and kissed her..as he continued to kiss her she closed her eyes and happily embraced it. She felt love again..she felt alive..Months passed and Ashe became happier and back on her feet.Though Ashe's and Raslar's memories will never fade...She could live a new life..for Raslar and Herself.
