Story:
PAST: Garnet has a past that she had forgotten, but was kept hidden from her and the world.2 years ago..war broke out and the real reason was kept hidden.Garnet has been kidnapped for her powers by king Luther..Garnet's father, Zack went to save her but had to sacrifice his life in front of her for her safety. Garnet was so traumatized after watching her father's execution that her mother had asked for her memories to be erased. Since then she has been watched for like a lifeless doll. Till she turned the age of 16 and her powers were finally awakening..Memories of that day rampaged in her head and she couldn't understand why.During her birthday party, Garnet looked really upset and sad. Prince Noctis, who was invited from a friend and not the queen herself looked at the beautifuly broken Princess and wondered what was wrong with her. The following day, Noctis met Garnet after she sang to the birds. Garnet looked away and watched as the birds flew by.Noctis introduced himself and skipped the formalities and asked her what was bothering her. Garnet tells him that her mother has been blaming her for her father's death.but she doesn't understand why...

PRESENT:
After meeting noctis..Garnet's memories of her father's death haunted her..she finally realized..what had happened and couldn't live with herself anymore..she ran out of her kingdom and stood on a tower..she tried to secretly kill herself but Noctis noticed her even when she had a hood on. Noctis held out his hand and told her to not jump. Tears filled Garnet's eyes and she leaped into his arms. minutes later after explaining..Noctis knew what she was talking about. Sorrow grew in his heart..because his father is the one responsible for all of this..his father was Prince Noctis.Noctis explained everything to her and hugged her back. Days passed and noctis has been there to hold Garnet when she is in shock from the nightmares.suddenly one night there was an explosion in the kingdom.Garnet's kingdom was under attack.After seeing the kingdom in flames beside Noctis..her mother shortly died of an explosion. Noctis knew this was his father's doing..Noctis fought off the soldiers trying to hurt Garnet..Out of anger..Garnet's crystal lit up and she finally used her powers..The legendary Alexander was summoned and Noctis watched in astonishment. The Summon Attacked and light flourished the kingdom. Time has passed and Garnet woke up from being unconscious and saw nothing but Noctis's face.It was morning and her kingdom was in ruins, but was safe and a soldier wasn't in sight.Noctis was there for her through it all..after the funeral..Garnet had cut her hair and let the pieces of her past..flow away from her fingers.(meaning her hair pieces)
